The dp3 is essentially a smaller, single-seat version of the dp2 architecture. With much lighter weight (under 1,000 lbs) and using motorcycle powerplants it addresses the market for an economical, light, low-maintenance, high performance track machine that can also be driven on the street when assembled by the customer as a kit.
